MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHANDLER, Judge.

This is the Court’s decision on the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Robert J. Hudson, Paul E. Ewell, Eugene Murray, Rita L. Murray and Eugene Parker, individually and trading as Sea Air Associates (hereinafter “Hudson”). Plaintiff John M. Mattern, Jr. filed this lawsuit on October 15, 1982 alleging harassment and intentional infliction of extreme emotional distress.
