MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.
The adversary proceeding before the Court is the complaint filed by Carol Ann Wyatt (“Plaintiff’) against Wanda Lorene Nowlin, a/k/a Wanda Lorene Doedli and Linda Griggs (“Defendants”) seeking a determination of the validity of a lien claimed by Defendants on Plaintiffs mobile home (“Complaint”). Plaintiff asserts that Defendants’ failure to obtain a written security agreement defeats the lien that they have asserted on Plaintiffs property.
