DALTON, Chief Judge.
This suit was instituted under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Plaintiff, a Negro, was discharged from employment by the defendant. Plaintiff brings this class action on behalf of other Negro *124employees of the defendant, alleging defendant discriminated against him and members of his class in ways which deprive or tend to deprive them of their status as employees because of race or color.
