—Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 21,1995, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant worked for the New York City Transit Authority as a technical support aide. She was terminated from her position as the result of her excessive tardiness.
