Plaintiff Status International S.A. (“Status”) brings this action against M&D Maritime, Ltd. and its agent, Global Maritime (collectively “M & D/Global”), and Conagra Fertilizer Co. (“Conagra”), to enforce a maritime lien on certain subfreights and demur-rage'. M & D/Global moves to dismiss Plaintiff’s claim for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1). Status, in turn, moves for partial summary judgment on its claim against M & D/Global.
