MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Class Certification (Doc. No. *35061). For the reasons set forth below, the Court grants Plaintiffs motion.
BACKGROUND
The City of Farmington Hills Employees Retirement System (“Plaintiff’) is a single-employer defined pension plan. (Doc. No. 63, at 6.)
