This matter is before the Court on several related motions: Plaintiffs’ motion (Doc. No, *51954) for class certification; Plaintiffs’ motion (Doe. No. 85) to strike Defendants’ pre-certification offers of judgment; and Defendants’ motion (Doe. No. 88) to dismiss this action as moot in light of the offers of judgment, or, alternatively, to stay this action pending a decision of the United States Supreme Court in Campbell-Ewald Co. v.
