Respondents have moved to vacate a default judgment and order entered on February 27, 1986. In this proceeding the petitioners, joined by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (DHPD), sought an order, pursuant to Administrative Code of City of New York, Housing Maintenance Code § D26-51.01 (h), requiring the respondents to remove various conditions constituting violations at the subject premises.
