This is a bill for an injunction and receiver of an alleged insolvent corporation, pursuant to R.S. 14:14-3. The bill states that the defendant is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and that complainant owns one-half of the capital stock of the corporation and that the other half is held by Jack Pidgeon. On the return of the order to show cause, Pidgeon appeared and presented proofs intended to show that there is no such corporation as the one described in the bill.
