Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered July 10, 2013, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the first degree.
Defendant was charged in a six-count indictment with various offenses after he broke into his paramour’s residence and threatened to set it and its inhabitants ablaze. In full satisfaction of the indictment, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in the first degree and waived his right to appeal from the conviction and sentence.
