Almost three years ago, a ski train caught fire in a tunnel of the Kitzsteinhom Mountain in Kaprun, Austria,1 killing 155 passengers and crew members. Plaintiffs, the parents, spouses, and grandparents of eight Americans who died in the fire,2 have sued train and train part manufacturers and operators for damages, declaratory, and injunc-tive relief.
