| ,In this suit for personal injuries, appel-lee, Ms. Michael Hankins, sued appellant, Mr. Lee Campbell, for damages arising out of a vehicle collision. The collision took place in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on May 17, 2004, at the intersection of Cherry Street and Thirteenth Street. Hankins, who was not subject to a stop sign, struck the side of the vehicle driven by Campbell, who had a stop sign on Thirteenth Street.
