11 This is the second time that this case has been before this court. The dispute is between a landlord and a bank, Liberty Bank of Arkansas (the successor to Peoples Bank of Paragould), over the proceeds of crops planted by a debtor farmer. The farmer, Don Mathis, operated several farming corporations and rented land from appellants Ben Williams and the Ben Williams, Jr., Family Partnership (referred to collectively as “Williams”) in Clay County in 2001 and 2002.
