Appellant Anthony Hahne (Anthony) is the ex-husband of Appellee Gloria Hahne (Gloria). He appeals from a judgment of the circuit court for Campbell County, after a show cause hearing, holding him in con*361tempt for (1) failing to make child support payments, and (2) failing to transfer ownership of a life insurance policy to Gloria as directed by the parties’ 1973 Minnesota decree of divorce and subsequent proceedings in that state.
