MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff G.M. Sign, Inc., filed the instant class action complaint against defendant, Global Shop Solutions, in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois. The three count complaint alleges: Count I — violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227; Count II— conversion; and Count III — violation of Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, 815 ILCS 505/2. Eighty days after receiving notice of the suit, defendant removed the case to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1441 and 1446,…
