This putative class action alleging violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1681c(g), originated in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Defendant removed the case under 28 U.S.C. § 1441, asserting federal subject matter and diversity jurisdiction.
