This case involves allegations that an intermediate school district did not provide a free appropriate public education to a hearing-impaired student in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400-1405. Before the Court is Plaintiffs’, the Lewis Cass Intermediate School District and the Edwardsburg Public Schools (the “Districts”), motion for judgment on a closed record.
