ORDER and OPINION

JAMESON, District Judge.

This is a declaratory judgment action in which all of the remaining parties have moved for summary judgment.1

In its amended complaint plaintiff alleged that it had issued three policies of insurance to Plaza Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. (Plaza), Kenneth Ulstad, and Robert O.
