NEUMANN, Justice.

[¶ 1] Steve Webster, Bradford T. Webster, William J. Webster, Meredith Owens, and Blanche Webster appeal from the trial court’s partial summary judgment and judgment. We temporarily remand.

[¶ 2] In 1976, Helena Webster and Earl Webster stipulated to a property settle ment. On December 1, 1976, the trial court incorporated the parties’ stipulation into a judgment, providing:

Earl L. Webster, will grant unto the Plaintiff, Helena R. Websrer [sic], an easement for a strip of land 200 feet wide along the southwesterly shore of Morrison Lake from the meander line ... running ... to…
