Thomas J. Stewart appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Nebraska in favor of the Secretary of Labor (Secretary) in the amount of $13,506.50 in this action filed by the Secretary pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 (1994) (FLSA). Reich v. Stewart, No. 4:CV94-3307, 1996 WL 325891 (D.Neb. Mar. 7, 1996) (Judgment).
