Donna Craig sued her former employer, Bridges Brothers Trucking, under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219, seeking compensation for some four years’ worth of unpaid overtime work. She had been Bridges Brothers’ bookkeeper.
