Before the Court is a motion by Ciappa Construction, Inc. and Michael Ciappa (together, “Ciappa”) to dismiss the Chapter 13 proceeding of Jonathan P. Quinn and Christina E. Quinn (the “Quinns”) [Docket No. 74]. In the alternative, Ciappa requests leave from this Court to amend its claim as to the Quinns’ bankruptcy proceeding [Docket No. 63].
