This appeal is from the district court’s dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction of plaintiffs De Castros’ diversity action for personal injuries, caused by a waste disposal truck in Puerto Rico. Plaintiffs have sued Sanifill, Inc. (“Sanifill”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Houston, Texas.
