This appeal requires us to decide for a second time 1 whether plaintiffs-appellants (“plaintiffs”) have sufficiently demonstrated that the district court has personal jurisdiction over the primary defendants-appel-lees (“defendants”) to this action to pursue their claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 1001-1461 (West 1986 & Supp. 1992), the Labor-Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 141-187 (West 1973 & Supp.1992), and Massachusetts common law.
