The opinion reported at 138 F.3d 168 (5th Cir.1998) is withdrawn, and the opinion below is substituted in all respects for the withdrawn opinion.

This is an appeal from the district court’s dismissal of Dr. Ronald E. Holmes’ Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) claim against his former employer, Texas A & M University (“Texas A & M”). Holmes maintains that Texas A & M terminated him due to a disability in violation of Title II of the ADA. Texas A & M sought dismissal on limitations grounds.
