¶33 (dissenting) — The legislature appropriately limited victims of identity theft to natural persons by using the language “another person, living or dead” in RCW 9.35.020(1) to refer to identity theft victims. Corporations do not live or die but come in and out of existence through the statutorily defined means of incorporation and dissolution.
