Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Albertson, J'., entered October 28, 1903, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiff for personal injuries sustained through the bite of a vicious dog.

The complaint alleges, in substance, that, on and prior to July 19, 1903, the defendant, W. D.
