Before the Court is a motion of Cruise Ships Catering and International Services N.V., Defendant in the above-captioned adversary proceeding (“CSCS”), to dismiss a complaint filed jointly by CruisePhone, Inc., (“Debtor”) and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of CruisePhone, Inc (“Committee”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”). The asserted grounds for dismissal are lack of personal jurisdiction and insufficiency of service of process. The motion is made pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2)…
