Before the Court is the motion filed by Maintainco, Inc. (“Maintainco”), the Plaintiff in an action captioned, Maintainco, Inc. v. Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America, Inc. and Mid-Atlantic Handling Systems, LLC, seeking an order remanding the matter to the New Jersey Superior Court-Chancery Division, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452(b).
