These are appeals from the refusal of the court below to grant the motions of the City of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Gas Works Company for judgments n. o. v. and for new trials. Alice A. Ruhl, administratrix of the estate of Frank M. Ruhl, brought an action in trespass against the City of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Gas Works Company, to recover damages for the death of her husband Frank M. Ruhl.
