OPINION
DON WITTIG, Justice.
Appellant, Juan Jose Hinojosa, Jr., appeals his convictions for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. .After finding appellant guilty of both charges, the jury assessed his punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, for forty years and twenty years, respectively..
