Appellant Hung Phuoc Le appeals from his conviction for felony possession of marijuana in an amount greater than four ounces but less than five pounds. After a jury found appellant guilty and he pleaded true to two enhancement paragraphs, the trial court sentenced him to three years’ imprisonment. Appellant challenges the legal sufficiency of the evidence in his first issue on appeal.
