Bookson, J.), rendered May 2, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 8 to 16 years and 2 to 4 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
