{¶ 1} Susan Moore, Rebecca Englehart, Carolyn Kohler, and Charles Franklin Yontz (collectively referred to as "Appellants") appeal a January 22, 2014 Monroe County Common Pleas decision to grant summary judgment in favor of Appellees David M. and Nicolyn Blackstone (collectively referred to as the "Blackstones").
