CARROLL, Chief Justice.
A jury convicted appellant, Richard El-ledge, of injury to a child and sentenced him to ninety-nine years. See Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 22.04 (West Supp.1994). Elledge argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence, his request for a three-day continuance, and his motion for mistrial based on jury misconduct. We will affirm the trial-court judgment.
