MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MAGNUSON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification. For the following reasons, the Court grants in part and denies in part Plaintiffs’ Motion.
BACKGROUND
Defendant Lutheran Brotherhood is a not-for-profit fraternal benefit society organized under the laws of Minnesota for the purpose of issuing insurance products to its members.
