This bill was filed to enforce a vendor’s lien for purchase money notes, and to set aside a subsequent conveyance of the land covered by the lien, upon the ground of fraud, and notice that the lien of the vendor was outstanding. The Chancellor granted the relief prayed, and defendants appealed and assigned errors. The case has been heard by the Court of Chancery Appeals, and the decree of the Chancellor reversed so far as it decreed that the conveyance of the land be set aside.
