The bill in this case seeks to have declared void and set aside the back or re-assessment by the State board of equalization of complainant’s lands for the years 1903, 1904, 1905, and 1906, and to enjoin the county trustee from collecting the taxes and penalties, etc., assessed. There was demurrer and answer to the bill and cross bill by the county trustee, and demurrer by complainánt to the cross bill.
