This is an action for the dissolution of a partnership and for an accounting of its affairs. Plaintiffs, at the times herein mentioned, were copartners doing business in the state of Ohio under the firm name of Armacost, Riley & Company. Defendant was engaged in business at the city of Redlands, in this state, where he maintained an office. Some time prior to July 1, 1917, plaintiffs and defendant formed a partnership for the growing, packing, and marketing of cantaloupes during the 1917 season.
