Petitioner J. A. Green Construction Corp., owner of a shopping center located in Brooklyn, New York, initiated this proceeding along with several of the lessees of that property to challenge the property’s assessed valuation for the tax years 1971-1972 through 1979-1980. The grounds for the objections are stated in the petitions as “overvaluation and inequality”.
