OPINION INCLUDING FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

In this action the plaintiff filed a complaint, entitled a petition, seeking a declaration that he is the owner of a building erected by him upon land owned by the defendant and that he may remove the building therefrom. Injunctive relief is also sought.
