Plaintiff seeks to recover $29,256.22 under nine separate items of a claim made under a contract with defendant entered into July 15, 1933, to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work required for the construction of a Booster Pumping Plant to serve as a dam across the Dale-carlia Eeservoir serving the District of Columbia.
