Plaintiff Kofi Jamison (“Jamison”) filed a putative class action complaint against Defendants First Credit Services, Inc. (“FCS”) and American Honda Finance Corporation (“Honda”) alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227. Jamison now moves this Court to certify this ease as a class action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
