Defendant appeals as of right from a judgment entered for plaintiffs in the amount of $608,394.14 in their action for premises liability. The matter was tried before a jury in April 1990. We affirm._

Plaintiff Richard Knight’s injuries resulted from his visit to defendant’s vacant warehouse on October 7, 1987. Plaintiff was working as a licensed real estate agent on behalf of potential buyers of the warehouse.
