Leo Moore, a minor, by his father as next friend, instituted this action in the district court of Pontotoc county, seeking recovery for personal injury and property damage resulting from an automobile and truck collision in that county. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiff, and defendant appeals. The parties are designated here as they appeared in the trial court.
