This is a proceeding under the Act of April 20, 1905, P. L. 239, 12 PS §2571 et seq., for the possession of real estate, instituted by the purchaser at a sheriff’s sale against the heirs of an intestate judgment debtor. The appeal was taken by the respondents from a judgment in favor of the petitioner upon petition and answer without a jury trial.
