Rose, J.:
In April 1989, respondent William W. Morris executed a confession of judgment of $750,000 in favor of Sportsco Enterprises, Inc. (Sportsco). In October 1989, Morris assigned part of his rights in a private sports box at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) to a friend for $32,000 and the remainder of those rights to his children for lesser or no consideration. Sportsco sued Morris and his children for fraudulent transfer pursuant to NRS Chapter 112, the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, and for fraud.
