Relators, Strategic Impact Corporation, Kim 0. Brasch, and Maria C. Floudas, filed two separate petitions for writ of mandamus in this Court, claiming that respondent, the Honorable Tony Lindsay, presiding judge of the 280th District Court, Harris County, Texas, abused her discretion by (1) denying relators’ motion to review documents in camera; and (2) excluding the testimony of relators’ witness, Gregory O’Riordan, from trial. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004); see also Tex.R.App. P. 52. Relators also filed a motion to stay the trial court proceedings, which we granted…
