GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.

William Owens and Jean Owens appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Aetna Life & Casualty Co., Aetna Casualty & Surety Co., Durward M. Stayton and Donald Millure (collectively “the Aetna Defendants”) on their eight count complaint against those defendants and others.
