MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER
JACKSON,. District Judge.
Before the Court is Application of the United States for a Writ of Continuing Garnishment upon a judgment entered against Frederick Lee Laws (“Defendant”). Specifically, the Government requests a Writ of Continuing Garnishment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 3205(c)(1) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 77(c)(1) upon funds distributed by Metropolitan Life Insurance, Co. (“Garnishee”) to Defendant.
